Botswana names squad for AFCON 2012

Botswana have named their 23-man squad for the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations scheduled for Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.


Club-less striker Jerome Ramatlhakwane was included in the team by coach Stanley Tshosane despite not being active for the last six months.

The debutants also have six players plying their trade in the South African Premier Soccer League in the team.

The debutants are drawn in Group D alongside favourites Ghana, Mali and Guinea.
